Current Admin Terms/Conditions for Affiliate use of Pulsar Marketing's Free Newsletter Software (and included features):
Our free newsletter software is only available to U.S. verified affiliates who have joined our marketing network and who have generated at least $50 in commissions via one of our affiliate networks (not combined earnings from multiple networks) within the most recent 90 days of Admin request. Our free newsletter software can be used to promote any affiliate programs and websites; except for programs and websites which contain or link to adult, racial, or obscene content, as defined solely at the discretion of Pulsar Marketing. Affiliates can use our software to promote competitor affiliate network programs as well as their own affiliate websites, provided those programs and websites do not contain nor link to the aforementioned forbidden content. Affiliates are welcome to promote the affiliate program links of Pulsar Marketing, but are not required to do so. Our software cannot be used to spam subscribers, and affiliates must immediately honor all opt-out requests. Although the software is hosted on our server, all newsletters must be sent from the respective affiliate's mail server. In return for using our free newsletter software, you understand and agree that Pulsar Marketing shall; at its sole discretion, distribute its own email offers to your subscribers for which no commission is awarded to the affiliate. However; you can earn commissions via Pulsar Marketing by inserting your Pulsar Marketing affiliate program links into the newsletters you mail out to your subscribers.

Affiliates can place the subscription form directly on their own websites. Affiliates also have access to their subscribers' data; including email address, name, etc. Affiliates can send newsletter emails to their subscribers as often as they desire, and affiliates have 100% control over the content and links of their newsletters, but cannot include forbidden content nor links to forbidden content.

Our free newsletter software also offers other free features, such as statistics of newsletters opened and links clicked on by your subscribers. You can send newsletters in HTML, text, and in both formats, as well as include your website link, website logo, graphics, banners, etc. Only you and Pulsar Marketing shall have access to the subscribers you generate. Other affiliates who also have Admin accounts cannot access; nor send emails to, your subscribers. To protect your account, you agree not to reveal your account information with any other person or entity.

Affiliates who violate our Terms/Conditions shall have their free newsletter software access revoked, and shall lose access to their subscribers and subscriber data.
